Getting Started
You can book your first appointment in two easy ways:
1. Online Booking: Visit our booking page to choose a time and location (mobile or telehealth). Once booked, we’ll be in touch to confirm details, discuss any travel fees (if outside our service area), and answer any questions you may have.
2. Doctor’s Referral: Already have a referral? We accept referrals under Medicare (e.g., EPC/Chronic Disease), DVA, NDIS, WorkCover, and private health. Simply email it to us or upload it through our referral form online, and we’ll contact you to arrange your first session.
Whether you’re booking independently or coming via a healthcare provider, we’ll make the process clear and stress-free.

Initial Assessment
Your first session is all about understanding you, not just your condition. We take the time to assess your movement, strength, function, and any barriers to daily activities. No judgment, no pressure. We work together to create and guide you to achieve your goals.

Personalised Plan
Based on your goals and needs, we’ll build a tailored program to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay on track. Whether it’s rehab, reconditioning, or general fitness, every step is designed for you.

Ongoing Support
Our team of Exercise Physiologists works with you regularly to adjust your plan, celebrate progress, and overcome setbacks. We’re mobile, approachable, and genuinely invested in your health.
