Why people choose TMC

You’re not just an injury or a claim

Movement is more than exercise. It’s confidence, independence and a better quality of life. Here’s what that looks like at TMC.

We listen first

Your plan starts with your goals, your work, your family and what’s getting in the way. Then we build the rehab around that.

Hours that fit your week

Early morning and evening appointments, with weekends by request, so getting better doesn’t mean taking time off work or missing family commitments.

Hands-on care, then independence

Hands-on treatment where it helps, alongside exercise that builds your own strength, confidence and ability to manage things yourself.

We work with your team

We keep your GP, specialist, insurer, case manager or support coordinator in the loop, so everyone is working towards the same goals.

Common questions

Good to know

What is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist?

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) is a university-qualified allied health professional, accredited through Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA), who uses exercise to help people recover from injury, manage chronic conditions and improve how they function day to day. Your program is designed for your condition, your goals and your stage of recovery.

Do I need a referral?

Not if you’re paying privately or claiming through private health insurance. Medicare and DVA need a referral from your GP. Workers compensation, CTP, NDIS and Support at Home each have their own process, and we’re happy to walk you through it.

Do you offer early, evening or weekend appointments?

Yes. We’re open Monday to Friday, with early morning and evening times. After-hours and weekend appointments can be arranged by request, subject to availability.

Can you come to me?

Yes. Home, workplace and community visits are available across the Macarthur region by arrangement, and travel fees may apply. Telehealth is also available where it suits your treatment.

What happens at my first appointment?

At your initial consultation we’ll talk about your history and goals, assess how you move, and leave you with a clear plan, which may include exercise, hands-on treatment or both.
